# How to Use the POS Extension

The POS Extension allows merchants to submit B2B registration forms directly from Shopify POS.

#### Setup Instructions

* Add the app as a **tile** in the Shopify POS app

#### How It Works

* Merchants can fill out the registration form on behalf of customers

* Submitted forms appear in the **Company Approvals** section

* Merchants can approve or reject the requests

## End-to-End Workflow Summary

* Install the **Extend B2B Onboarding App**

* Configure the **B2B registration form**

* Customers submit forms via:

  * Theme App Extension

  * Customer Account Extension

  * POS Extension

* Merchants review requests in **Company Approvals**

* Approved requests create:

  * Shopify **Company**

  * **Company Location**

  * **Main Contact**

* B2B customers manage locations based on assigned permissions
