How to Use the POS Extension

The POS Extension allows merchants to submit B2B registration forms directly from Shopify POS.

Setup Instructions

• Add the app as a tile in the Shopify POS app

How It Works

• Merchants can fill out the registration form on behalf of customers

• Submitted forms appear in the Company Approvals section

• Merchants can approve or reject the requests

End-to-End Workflow Summary

• Install the Extend B2B Onboarding App

• Configure the B2B registration form

• Customers submit forms via:

  • Theme App Extension

  • Customer Account Extension

  • POS Extension

• Merchants review requests in Company Approvals

• Approved requests create:

  • Shopify Company

  • Company Location

  • Main Contact

• B2B customers manage locations based on assigned permissions
